Prescription Nomination
Having a nominated pharmacy allows your GP to send prescriptions directly to that pharmacy.
If you would like us to be your nominated pharmacy, it’s very simple. You can:
- Go into your NHS App and nominate us from there
- Complete the contact form below to request that we nominate you. You could also let us have your mobile phone number and permission to send you a notification when your prescription is ready to collect.
- Drop in to give us your name, date of birth, address or NHS number if you know this and request that we nominate you. You could also let us have your mobile phone number and permission to send you a notification when your prescription is ready to collect.
